Customer Service Associate/Sports Licensing Company (Ville-Emard)

Customer Service Associate
Hours: 9:00am-2:00pm (3 times a week, can be flexible with days and hours)
Salary: $13/hour

Hunter Canada is a leading sport licensing company located in Montreal. Hunter has a young, vibrant, and fast paced environment. They are currently looking for a Customer Service Associate who would have the potential to gain experience in all facets of retail distribution, customer service, sales and marketing. The ideal person is someone who is eager to learn and grow with the company.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Would possess excellent verbal and written skills in English, excellent verbal French
• CEGEP degree, University degree preferred (or in progress)
• Knowledge of Word and Excel
• Data entry/administrative experience preferred
• Must be comfortable answering phones (in English and French) and solving customer problems
• Attention to detail a must
• Must handle pressure well
• A great attitude, professional mind set, and motivated team player are essential

Desired Attributes but Not Required:

• Loves sports and is a sports fan (especially hockey)
• Creative with problem solving, and a “think outside the box” mentality
• Possess some web design knowledge

Job Functions:

• Administrative: Filing and keeping customer information organized
• Customer Service: Answering phones, helping customers with their needs, entering orders
• There may be opportunity to help Customer Service Manager with inside sales and website development/maintenance.
